Cost Questions

What is the cost to my organization?  Typically nothing. In fact most organizations report a savings instead of costs. All Registrations charges an annual fee and a per transaction fee. Your credit card processor will also charge a fee for online credit card transactions. You will recover all of this and more. There are two reasons for this. First almost all organizations mark up the cost of their registrations to include the All Registrations fees. As a result they receive the same proceeds. Second all organizations experience savings in staff time and costs.

How much are the All Registration fees?  The annual fee is $995 and the per transaction fee ranges from $2.50 to $4.50 depending on volume. We offer various specials and discounts to reduce these. Contact us for an estimate for your organization.

How much is the credit card fee?  That depends on the payment processor you choose. You should expect rates to range from 2.19% to 2.99% with some processors also charging upfront and monthly costs. We work with several processors who offer various specials and discounts. What does it cost for ongoing technical support, maintenance and upgrades?  Nothing, as e-mail and telephone technical support (within reasonable limits), maintenance and upgrades are included at no cost. Extensive online tutorials and Web based training are also included at no cost to train additional staff.

How much do you charge to host my website?  Hosting for your All Registrations provided website is free. Plus, our easy-to-use, non-technical web publishing tools give you a comprehensive branded website. As a result, most customers have experienced savings by eliminating the need for current hosting and web maintenance expenses.

Will we need to buy new computers or anything else to use All Registrations?  Probably not. All your organization needs is to have Internet access and a relatively new Windows based computer (PC) that meets certain minimums for oour hardware and software. To maximize the performance of the application, we recommend a PC running Windows 7 with 2GB of RAM and Microsoft Office, plus a high-speed internet connection. New, higher performance PCs and laptops are available for less than $500.

We have a lot of historical information. Do we need to convert it?  The All Registrations solution was designed to allow a fresh start without the need to convert historical information. Most organizations choose this approach. If your organization wishes to convert some historical information, the support team can provide or facilitate this service for a fee agreed upon in advance.
